Default Flywheels..

I'm finallyputting the 3650 in my car within the next few weeks... i've already resurfaced my flywheel last year when i put the king cobra clutch in. Now i'm going probably with a spec2. My tuner said I should go with an 11' flywheel. Will my stocker be fine? Do the t45's and t3650's use the same flywheels?

Well I beleive soon as they used put the 3650's in the mustangs they switched to a 11" clutch, up from a 10.5", so that means a larger pressure plate also... I would say the flywheel you have is just fine, you will need to get it resurfaced though. The flywheel has the be the same size because the starter is in the same location, and the pressure plate dowles are too, I talked to spec and they said I can move down to a 10.5" clutch if I wanted to save some weight.. Mabye that guy you talked to was refuring to the clutch and pressure plate?

Not exactly sure what you're saying. Would I still buy a t45 clutch even though i'm using the 3650... since its at 10.5' flywheel?

I think you need to buy a clutch for the 3650.
