i went to the world of wheels yesterday and in the parking lot was a clean charcoal mach 1 and the hood scoop sat alot higher than other machs. it looked really nice and definitely stuck out. i forgot to take a picture til after i got out and it was gone. just wondering if they sell something to raise it because it looked like it had some plastic thingy that raised it. lemme know.

It might have been a custom mod done by the owner. Not all mods are store-bought

 

Trust me I tried getting some up last night but they pretty much all came out like crap. My problem was that I kept messing with the settings trying to take really good pictures when I should have just left it in auto.

 

i know around me alot of mach 1's have kbs on them and they still keep the stock scoop. they just set it ontop of the sc. it does sit alot higher that way so maybe he has a kb under there.

 

yes they sell products to raise the shakers, most of them raise it 1 inch
Also, PHP Spacers raise it 3/8 of an inch, which many Mach 1 owners have
