what is the best oil to use on our mustangs?

Funny, I was just about to make an oil post. Since I put the SC on I use mobil 1 530. Before that I used whatever was on sale.

Someone told me yesterday that when mobil 1 came out in the 70's it was a 10,000 mile oil. Anyone else heard this?

snake oil. gives you +10hp +1000rpm redline +10mpg. [8D]

no really, I use mobil 1 5w20.

I saw a show that ran royal purple through out a 02 GT and it picked up 10 RWHP

you can accomplish that with an 02GT that hasn't had an oil change in a long time and adding just about any new oil to it

I ONLY run mobil 1 synthetic. I run it in all my cars and trucks.
