ok i just replaced the seals and everything in my procharger but i cant seem to get the impeller back on. Ive tried heating it but cant get it back on. Anyone know how to do this?Any help is appreciated.

Man, good question. You may want to holler at procharger for that one. stang2000 might be able to help too. Mines new and I haven't had to deal with that yet.

The only thing I can think of it, the pulley and pulley bolt on the SC goes through the impellar. I'm not sure but I thought there was a keyway(certain way it has to fit) I can't answer 100% since mines still under warranty and haven't ha anything apart on it!

 

How did you heat it?? I just installed a pinon bearing and ring gear usingboiling water for about 10 min, they slid right on.
