I was told the housing of the cluster is not the exact same which doesn't make much sense to me but with minor modification I think it should work with the 99 +.

I bought my roush cluster used for 250, try lookin around before you shell out 400 - but IMO they are one of the best mods you can do, you always use it

I have those on my 99. They are awesome looking and you can retain the stock mileage readout, dim with your normal dimmer (but you won't want to anyway). Buy em you won't be sorry.
