chin spoiler question
i just bought a mach one chin spoiler from this guy, took it right off his...50 bucks...anyhow...it has 14 rivets or w/e and my bumper does not have the holes..whats the best way to get it on there, just take the rivets out and put some double sided tape on there or what? thanks guys this might not be 4.6 related so if its not just move it...donno?
Its got rivets only or a couple rivets and some self tapping screws?
My kit came with self tapping screws. You simply hold it in place with the push thru clips and then screw the screw thru the chin spoiler and the lower part of the bumper.
Its alot (alot) eaiser to do it with a friend, holding it all perfectly straight can be a nightmare by yourself.

4 screws and the rest are rivits...the screws are phillips but i just ripped them out of his bumper, they have a case around them like dry wall and/or concrete screws have
i just installed mine the other day, i bought it from AM so it came with plenty of screws/fastiners. i used a 1/4in drill bit to screw into the bumper, i used every hole in the spoiler some people dont.
and yeah get a buddy to hold it while you tape it in place and especialy when your drilling, they can keep it lined up for you. i was taking me sweet *** time and it still took less than a half hour to do.
