RE: What LT Header Gaskets & Bolts should I get?
well the headers use studs not bolts, you you can reuse the nuts no prob. however on the drivers side the back stud will have to be removedbecause the header tube is in the way, so you will have to use only one bolt, bbk supplied the extra hardware.
i ordered the percy gaskets from jegs, and two daysafter the install was completethe passenger side started leaking, very ugly and loudsound.i had a mustang shop replace it, 300 bucks down the drain, they reused the stock gasket i still had.about two months later the drivers side was making the same sound so i took it back to the shop, they cut me a deal but i had to buy new gaskets (two peice on the drivers side), they were ford stock.it sucked wasting money but i did not want to deal with the headers again, such a pita and the noise was unbearable, did not even want to drive the car.
so reuse your stock gaskets or get some new oem ones.

I'm gonna have to say they werent installed correctly or you had a bad one. I've had the percys for well over a year and 0 problems.
