Default Quick DR question

Ok I've searched all over the place and I can't find BFG DRs in a 295/65/15 or a 275/60/15. The website says they make them and they both would fit the 8" draglites that I "should" aquire soon.

My question is where the hell can I find them because none of the "authorized" BFG dealers sell them. I also looked at the ET Streets and they are offered in the same sizes and I can't find those either.

Well maybe my question was a bit too difficult. Let me try to dumb it down to regular MF questions...

What Mufflers should I buy?
Should I go with the Chrome Bullits or the Black Bullits

LOL

Well nevermind I found them. For future reference www.summitracing.com has a large assortment of "hard-to-find" DR sizes.

295/65? That has to be the most odd ball tire size for a 15" wheel I've ever heard of. Was that a typo or something? You should be lookin fer a 295/50. Why are you gonna run the 8" wheel? why not the 9"?

www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html Find one thats not too tall to kill your already lame 3.27 gears since your too lazy to get your 4.10's installed.

275/50/15, thats what you need... .6% off the factory speedo reading.

Damn I forgot once again that it's a 9" wheel. I was looking for the biggest tire on a 8"

Dammit I'll get my gears installed before I run them. Maybe next week or the week after that(since you'll be driving all week)

We could go 50/50 on the tires [sm=WTFsgign.gif]

I'm buying my explorer rear end next week, might be a little short on dinero. But lets not put the cart in front of the horse just yet, might wanna see if the wheels will even fit on your car. Well I reckon they should, but they probably won't work for me anymore since i'm about 7 inches lower than I was the last time I ran those wheels. I don't think they'll tuck, well at least the 9" won't anyway. Oh well.

I don't see why they wouldn't work. They throw Draglites and Prostars on Mustangs all the time.

In an ideal world I wouldn't need a 325 but sometimes that track will surprise you[8D]
