Exhaust cut-out help?

Alright!!!I just finally got my cut-outs for my 96 gtordered and should be here some time next week, so next friday through the weekenedi am going to start putting on my exhaust system(my SLP LT headers, my o/r SLP X-pipe, and my LM 1 SLP cat-back, and of course the cut-outs). My question to anyone who might know, is when i put my cut-out on will i need to do any welding at all. I know i canattach all the rest of the system to the car myself, but am not sure about the cut-outs since i dont have them and am not sure if they will connoectloosely or tightly. if anyone has done anything like this pleasehelp with details so i can make sure my car gets done correctly. Thanks
