Tranny Fluid

Hey I was wondering how often I should be changing my tranny fluid, i have an 02 gt manual

I heard that ford recomments changing it every 30,000 Miles

I second that.

Its pretty easy and took me about 2 hrs to do (My shifter was stuck on there pretty good.) Just pull the shifter, unscrew the drain plug, and then after it is all drained out, put the plug back in and then just fill it with 3.4 quarts of RP Synchromax up top where the shifter mounts.
