cause the factory rating said it was a 13.8 so i figured if i went shorty header and a o/r h then i should be hitting low 13's

You may gain .2 sec with that. Shorties dont do jack. O/R X may free up 5hp. shorties 3.

Your not going to drop half a second with those mods, unless you get a drag radial as well. People over look how important traction is, a sticky tire should be mod #1 if you care at all about 1/4 mile times.

well i would do long tubes but i hear that they are illegal to run in pa due to emissions, but i may be wrong

this i kno i was doing this as an assumption that i would not go to the track unless i have sticky tires

won't a 96-98 be faster than some of the 99 Cobras because of the problems they had?
