You guys do realize 4v cams sell for over $1000 right?
$700 bucks...you don't want headers or gears... keep saving your money. Most people recommend against UDP's on 4v's, mainly because so many people suffer oil pump failures, however nothing has ever really been done to prove it's the UDP's causing this failure on 4v's.
You don't want headers, you don't want gears...you'll just be throwing away your money on a tuner...
I have no suggestions. Why don't you want gears? They will give you more bang for your buck besides nitrous than any bolt-on mod available for your car.

My good buddy Dan is right. You guys are morons. 4vs have four cams guys not two. Thats twice the price. Over $1200. Have fun with that lol. If not gears then i dont know what to tell you.

Cams + V. Springs. MM&FF just did a report that showed a near 50 HP increase going from stock PI cams to Crower Stage 2. Don't know if you can actually get THAT much power from cam swapping, but it sure did put alot more power throughout the band. This was on a 2v SOHC too, don't know if cams will be equally effective for a DOHC

Well gears will cost $500 to install around here. I was thinking about LT headers but i'm afraid I won't be able to install them myself (I've been told you have to unbolt the tranny) and i'm afraid it won't be able to pass emissions. (would eliminators fix that?)

longtubes will get you more than 10whp. its more like 15 by itself and 20 with a midpipe
well if its 500 for install then you be set. gears are only like 130-150.
you could do the header install yourself but it'll be a huge pain in the butt and you gotta know your stuff
