Default DYNO RESULTS Normal??

Well I finally got the car tuned on the dyno..... I wasn't too happy with the results. I put down 240 and 280 torque. I was wondering if this is normal numbers for the mods I have posted. Also, my converter was slipping pretty bad and I was wondering if any of the other auto's have had similar problems. Thanks.

dyno numbers don't win races, 1/4 mile times do.

Your numbers are normal. I'd be more concerned about hooking up.

the numbers sound about right to me, remember a dyno is just a expensive tuning device.

i would suggest getting a 75mm tb and plenum, should be closer to 250.

how do you know it's your t/q slipping and not your tranny? also, do you get a loud whine in first and a quiet whine in 4th? those numbers seem pretty average, just exhuast and tune pretty much, right?

Take that Diablo tune out and I bet you might make more HP.

How was your A/F?

Its maybe a little low for a auto car with your mods, but not that far off.

On a accurate dynojet I would not think you would see much more than say 250 WHP and 290 WTQ with your mods.

ehh i dunno about all that... most auto new edges make around 215-220rwhp stock... most see 20-25rwhp from LT back exhaust... plus his CAI, i'd say that's pretty darn close to what the avg gain is... What was your A/F, humidity, and tempature on the dyno?
