Default Review My Planned Mods pls

Hows everyone doing tonight? Good I hope....Well Ive done some research and have come up with a list of mods for my 2001 Automatic GT 4.6. Looking for suggestions if anyone sees anything that could be changed. All these mods would be ordered at thesame time unless there is a reason not to, though I dont see one atm.

-MAC Long Tube Headers, ceramic coated (Mac only affordable that fits automatic from what i found)
-MAC Dura Black Coated O/R H-pipe for Long tube headers
-Borla Stinger Cat-back Exhaust system
-Motive Performance 4.10 or 3.90 gears (still havent made up my mind on these 2...Note I have an Automatic T)
-Steeda Underdrive Pulleys
-Accufab 75mm TB/Plenum Combo
-K&N F/I Gen II FIPK CAI
-SCT Xcalibrator 2 from Modular Depot with Tune
