My first upgrade is going to be a pi intake, and then cams, but i was wondering if anyones had expierience with crower cams for th 96-98s. If not then im probably going with vt.

ive always heard good things about crower...them and vt is the only cams i would get. You might want to get some gears first though, considering some cams require a certain gear ratio. that intake and cams will really wake up your car though!

VT doesn't make a cam thats a direct fit in a NPI head...Crower is the way to go...I almost went with their st2 blower cams but went with VT's st2 instead since they are slightly milder...that was at the suggestion of VT for my application.

So how much of a difference is there from stage one to stage 2?

crower is a good company I havn't heard anything bad about crower,crane cams,vt comp is the only thing I have heard bad things about but the other make good cams
