I will vouch for bassani.
I have catback and o/r X pipe from Bassani. If I do LTs, it will still be Bassani =D

Flowmasters ...You cant go wrong with them...
2 chamber for some drone
3 chamber for some stealth

actuallly, the 99-04 GT/Mach1 Flowmaster cat-back features the newer Super40 series muffs that don't drone.... I have a mac prochamber and flowmaster catback under my mach1 and that is the sound I prefer. Previously had the Bassani BX x-pipe w/ cats and cat-back.... not a bad sound at all, but I like the flows and prochamber better.

I'd say NO to the loudmouth system.... not bad w/ the factory cats, but with any type of aftermarket H or X pipe they are too loud (trashy sounding) IMHO...

SLP is trash...too loud and the makes of it were basically tone-deaf. It all really depends on what kinda sound you like...
THe deep/hollow/"classic muscle" sound?
Or
Something more LOUD and NASCAR-ish but still holds a nice tone and rumble.

for the 1st criteria: MAC is the best sounding chambered exhaust but they all sounds very good
for the 2nd: i vote Borla Stingers or Magnapacks!

If you can spend around 500 magnaflow and dynomax are pretty good systems. Budget wise 300-400 will buy a flowmasteror mac catback which are decent. Otherwise if money isn't an issue Borla or Bassani are the best.
