Default stock block help-

what can i do to start building my stock blockI can support boost, as well what should I look into for my rear end?? these two areas I am still educating myself with as well they are approaching the need of attention for my ride..

you don't NEED a stronger block. you can take up to 400RWHP (lots of people do 450RWHP but too much risk in that) on your stock block. if you really want to build it, it's better to just buy a built shortblock. unless you have a local shop that specializes in machining them, it's not worth the hassel to piece it together. i got my block from MMR http://modularmustangracing.com/ .

as for the rear, you'll be fine as long as you don't do crazy launches. otherwise, just get some stronger axles.

so the shortblocks are like 2000$~ thats all I would need? What does the block all come with?

3200-3500 will get you a fully built block with everything forged. It'sthe internals that are weak, not the block.

I know what a block is, thats not even what im asking. I dont know why you would eveninput some fagg0t response on my thread.

anyways, im tryin to figure out what I should exactly do, keep this stock entire motor (4.6/2V) or not. I want to run more than 10psi. My car is payed off and i dont really feel like going through everything to buy a cobra.
