hi new guy with a few ?
first how much horsepower do a 98 mustang 4.6 sohc have second what is the dif from a cobra trans and the stock third im having trouble keeping it to idle what could make it not idle

the stock npi 2v makes between 220-225 crank hp. the cobra tranny is the T-5 which i believe is the same as the GT. and check your tps and iac

The cobra and gt both have a t-45 tranny.. they stopped using the t-5 in the 95...
