Mach 1 Hood Stripe?

Ok so I was thinking is there any type of spray on paint that will STICK and STAY to your already painted hood. I would like to get some in black and tape of around my hood and make my own Mach 1 hood stripe. So is there any paint that is adhesive to regular paint?

Have it put on in Vinyl you can get one off ebay for about 20$ then go to a tint shop and have it put on. This way if you dont like it you can just pull it off
