don't know about the top speeds but a general rule of thumb is:
Forced Induction = 3.73s
N/A = 4.10s
either way you'll notice a pretty nice increase over stock

There are a zillion posts on 3.73 vs 4.10s. Use the search function on this site and youll find out all you want.
As for top speeds, dont worry about it. Unless you're racing on the salt flats you'll never reach the top speed, and even then you'd need some serious power.
But with 4.10s and the t-45 transmission, (not taking drag and power into account) at 6000 rpm you'd be around 167mph.
Use google and type in "mustang gear calculator" and youll get a bunch of cool calculators.
