Default Anti-Theft System

Ok I own a 98 Mustang Cobra, the Anti-Theft System was activated so I looked on the internet and someone suggested that I remove one of the sensors yellow 16 I think and it will deactivate the anti-theft. Well I pulled it out and also put it back in. My car will start but now my alarm does not work, the radio, the light inside, and mph hour gauge, do I need to buy a new fuse? I looked at the fuses and they apppear to be fine. Is thier a way I can reset the system with a sequence? PLease help-Thanks-Tony
