Im not sure if the exhaust maniflods on the Mach and the GT are the same. I would think not but I would check into that and see if they are the same. Thats the only thing I would see holding you back. Everything else should work just right.

Im pretty sure it will. If you look at midpipes, the gts and mach1 part numbers are the same.
