Default Cool Cheap Mod (Pics)

Well just got done painting my calipers. I decided to paint them black because i have an all black and silver kinda thing going on. Anyways this was very easy and very inexpensive (15.99 at autozone) and adds a pretty cool look. Just thought id share this with everybody because its an easy mod that anybody could do.

Yeah all you need to do is take the wheels off. U dnt even need to take off the calipers or anything. There is a brake caliper painting kit they sell at autozone by Dupli-color and it provides a caliper cleaner (use first) and then there is a paint with the color of your choice and you just use a brush (included) and tape off everything u dnt want to paint(tape also included) and then just go at it! Surprisingly easy. I heard about this kit on the duplicolor website site, check out the video tutorials. www.duplicolor.com

Piece of cake to do!! You can leave calipers on if you want just remove pads.

I'm actually painting mine with the caliper off, the same kit and everything, it is a very easy job with all the stuff they provide. I'd recommend it over the spray
