Default i think i know the answer but...

My e-brake boss spring retaining bolt broke inside the caliper. so I need to replace the caliper. I want to make sure that the Cobra rear caliper's at 50resto will fit my car before i purchase them.

I have 03 Mach 1. Im pretty sure they are the same rotor. but I want to double check first

Yep
+1

All of the major Production Mustangs have the same exact rear calipers, just different backing plates/anti-moan bracing...
