What statesdo notrequire emission tests? Would be interesting to know how many in the event I decide to suddenly move.

Ohio got rid of ours last year. No idea if there will be another one in the future though. It's pretty nice, the state never even saw my car when I got tags for it.

Missouri doesn't have a sniffer or anything but it is illegal to not have cats, but there are ways around that

There are only (2) counties that smog in Nevada. 1: Clark County (Las Vegas) 2: Washoe County (Reno). The rest of the state is smog check free (for now).

Alabama doesn't either. They don't even have an inspection. Sometimes it sucks because any old POS that is falling apart can be on the road. The only thing we do are VIN verifications to see if a car has been reported stolen or to see if it has been chopped (at a chop shop).

Oklahoma has no emmissions testing...we don't have any vehicle testing. It's illegal to cut off the cats, but with no testing, then who will know. I had mine cut off about 6 years ago by a mechanic that said he's done numerous hi-po's cars.
