Headliner sagging

Headliner sagging
Just noticed the rear portion of the headliner in my 02 GT is sagging. This is just the portion directly in front of the back window. My first thought was maybe some clips had come loose, but when I looked there are no clips that hold this together. Or are the clips gone? If anyone has any information for a fix I appreciate the help in advance.
