Default Little pissed

Around 1 mnth ago it was raining and i got into a little accident...i spun out in the rain and went into a curved median......all that happened was i lost my foglight and got some spider cracks in my front bumper....I have back problems so i dont like to go under my car too much, but yesterday i went under my car and i saw my frame was bent and it was rusted.....

I know that this was not my fault because i diddnt even bend the bumper for me to bend the frame....i ought this car back in april and i started thinking i bought it from ford this way, because i never got in an accident before...It was a a certified for vehichle..i bought it from sunstate ford here in orlando.....

is there anything i can do? because its not right that i bought a vehicle from a dealer from them with frame damage....and they never stated it to me!!!!!!!1

Sorry to hear about all of that, I'm not sure how the laws in Florida work, but here in Cali, there's really nothing you can do. Dealerships, dont HAVE to tell you what happened to the car. It's the "Don't ask, don't tell" policy. If the car was not totalled from whatever caused the damage, they can legally sell it to you without explaining a thing. It sucks, I know. I wish I had better news for you

Take it back and have them fix it!

I thought the body and Frame had to be flawless to be certified?

Obviously I cant say for sure.... cause I dont know what happend.

However, its quite possible to bend the frame if your front right tire hit the curb at a decent amount of speed. Can you get a pic of it?

I think you may be right, but honestly that long ago? The dealership will claim he did somethign to the car and refuse to fix it. I hate dealerships....

I was thinking, was the accident recorded by anyone? The Police, insurance company? If not, you MAY, and it's a big may, be able to take it and say that a shop found the damage changing your oil or something.

If you snap a pic tomorrow PM me. I wouldnt be too worried about it though, if youhave had it this long and had no problems with it, odds are its minimal to the point where its not making a difference.
