Default a crazy question

ok so this may sound a little crazy at first. I want to get an 03 cobra crate engine and stick it in a classic mustang. I know its possible because Year One did it and I thought it was awsome. i dont know a lot about fuel enjected engines because I have a 67 stang with a 351W in it. The car im planning to put this in is a 66 fastback that im getting soon. It wiil barely fit but with some surgury it is possible. My main question is, will I have to have a computer to control the injectors and all that other stuff. I really dont know that much about that stuff.sorry if this is a ridicuously stupid question but im determined to make it happen. What do you guys think of this.

yeah will have to get a ecu from and eaton cobra so it can moniter and well just flat out make the engine run or you could just get a stand alone engine managment system

Boy is that going to cost!

I think I seen the going price for those engines in the $12K-$13K range.

I bet it would be cool though.

Why dont you just put a S/C on the 351? It will make a ton more power if built right.

I think a new Cobra engine in a old Mustang fastback would be silly...but it would be sick!
