The easyest way to get everything to line up correctly when putting them back togather is to use a come-along. The big hook thing with a chain attached, kinda like a big rachet strap. It makes pulling the axle easier on you and your body since it does all the work. I learned that the second time from my father. I love the steeda LCA's that I put on my car, now if i could only do the uppers.

Ummm, hello! I did em' back in November in about 3 hours time on a friends lift. Both upper and lower, PITA but not something you'd do in stages and surely not put you out of commision

KEYWORD: "lift"
Of course its easier to do ANYTHING on a lift thats obvious. The guy probably had to work with jack and jackstands like most people, which is why it was hard and took longer than expected. Cut him some slack lol

well i did mine with a friend using regular floor jacks and we did both uppers and lowers in about 4 hours. Uppers were a pita, but the lowers were a whole lot easier.

You or your friend had experience with this before I take it? Also the assistance of a buddy always helps.
