odometer read wrong with gears?

odometer read wrong with gears?
i thought i remember reading about, if you put 4.10's or diff. gears your odomether is goingt to start to read wrong is that true. does it mean i will put more miles on the car than it really has? if so how big a diff. does it mke. nd do i need a tuner to fix it?

it will read different. if not fixed it will put more miles on the car quicker. can be fixed with a tuner or speedcal.

i wonder if there is anyway to have the odomeeter stop workin or accumilate less miles? hmmmmmmmmmmm.

speedcal is cheaper - but the tuner is worth alot more by means of functions - get a tuner _ I bought mine off a mach 1 for 200 bucks
