you could buy yourself a blower and get it tuned and possibly have enough to do a head job!

You could buy a mongoose kit, and still have 2k left over to save for a built short block.

Definately forged internals and a blower. Save up enough to get the forged internals and blower installed at the same time so you won't have to make multiple trips. Plus you'll be able to up the boost immediately.
