Onyl downside to 4.10 gears is if you dont have great suspension and or good grip in the rear then you cant take off very fast. Basicaly if your stock with 4.10 dont plan on taking off as fast as you could with your old 323s... yep 355 in the 03-04 cobra. I'm investing in some 555R's pretty soon and a pro5.0 s.t. hopefully itll take sour taste of having 4.10s outa my mouth.

Btw, i know this is off topic a little, but what is a shift kit?

Gears are up on my list of things to do next, and if I had to pick right now I would probably go 4:10's in my car and I'm pretty sure thats what I'll be going with when I do get gears.

I wonder what it would be like to drive a '96+ GT with 5.40 gears. lol. Probably taking off in 3rd gear, shift right to 5th.

yea i might go with 3:73s, because it's not like im gonna be hittin the track like every weekend and 4:10's seem like they are just for the track. altho i could go with 3:90's
