YES IT CAN BE DONE BUT YOU WILL NEED MANY MORE PARTS THAN JUST THE HEADS.

BY THE WAY TYPING IN CAPS IS LIKE SCREAMING ON THE INTERNET.

REMOVE CAPS LOCK.

the ecu, timing chains, cams, and a whole lot of other things. It can be done but its not easy, or worth it imo.

DOHC valve covers are twice the size of a SOHC.

this makes me wonder, is a sohc block different than a dohc block, becuse if not actually the only thing that would need done would probly be a cam gear, dohc timing chains, intake and a tune. forget ecu it can be programmed accordingly

anyone have a pic of the surface of a dohc and sohc head, and same pics of block, maybe even measurments?

Q: Will 4V Cobra heads bolt to my 2V GT motor? A: Physically yes, but they will require that you use the '03 Cobra adjusters and related hardware. Don't forget the intake and related components also along. It's not an easy swap, but it can be done.

the blocks are the same apart from the fact that some of the DOHC blocks were aluminum, and yes u would need the ecu and also the wiring harness to change too
