Default possible blown topend

Car is a 01 grand marquis. so about 15k ago a spark plug shot out of my head. Shop did a repair on it, but could not do a perm fix. Anyway last night the car starts and makes the same noise as last time, plug rattling around, but now i have no oil pressure and the car shuts off in gear. past few weeks car hasnt been warming up to operating temp, now this. Im thinkin the head is shot, or a head gasket. Could just be a sensor (doubt it) shop will tell me tomarow. anyway if i have to replace the top end, im gettin a replacement motor. What motors swap in here beside the regular 4.6. Will the GT or the cobra motor swap in using my parts(ecu, tranny,ex manifold)or little mods, i need new heads, but will stockers fit if I have to go that route?
If any of this makes sense, then I aplaude (sp?) you, lol

Default RE: possible blown topend

I know I can replace the heads, but I dont want to bother. If im puttin money in a car, which i still owe money on, i want an option to put a "stronger" motor in for supercharging down the line. I was gonna charge it before (glad I didn't). The gt motor will fit in, but not sure about the 03 cobra motor, or any forged 4.6 motor
