Also like said above, remove the air silencer and get a good air filter, like a K&N. Gives some increase in HP throughout the whole power band. Not so much felt in the seat when driving, but the throttle responce is better and you can hear it sucking a lot more air. It just may be in my head, but I did feel a slight improvement in performance over stock...

If you just have the aftermarket predator tune in your car you can do better with modifieng the paremeters, timing advance all the way and fuel a little leaner.
