Default flywheel bolt pattern

Quick question...
My car is very odd. For some reason my car was suspose to be built with a 3650 but when i dropped the trans it was a t45 but I believe i still had a 11" clutch setup like it was suspose to be. Well i put in a 11" spec 1 that was for the 3650 cars and everything bolted up but the clutch has been giving me hell. Its really chattery and stuff and i was wondering if i had the wrong clutch by any chance. Would the 10.5" setup have a diffrent bolt pattern or how could you tell the diffrence. I know both transmissions have the same 10 spline input shaft. BTW i still have the stock flywheel, it was just resurfaced.
