How to bleed lash adjusters?
any information on how to bleed lash adjusters?

Put them in a vise with soft jaws, preferably aluminum or nylon. Then squeeze them until all the oil is removed and the lifter is bottomed.

Do I need to let them soak in oil after I do that or just install them and let oil psi from the motor pump them up?

On the couple OHC top ends I've worked on, soaking them in a cup of oil overnight worked the best...
