just fyi....your reaction time has nothing to do with e.t.'s or 60 ft. times. the clock doesnt start till you move.

Were you spinning or not? If you werent spinning than you should launch at a much higher rpm than that. If you are spinning than try getting some shocks/struts and subframe connectors. Bfg drag radials should hook really well even with 376 hp.

Dont worry about it too much man. Practice and getting used to racing the car is all it will take.
The 2.1 60' shows that you've got ALOT of time left in the car to gain.
It'd be helpful to see your trap at the 1/8th so we could tell where your power is going.
In my opinion, it is VERY likely that with some hard shifting, and the same launch, you'll cut a good bit of time off of the already low 13 quarter mile, then throw in a 1.8 range 60' and your running well into Terminator *stock ones that is* killing range.
Don't be so hard on yourself. Until you run a 14.5@99 in a moddified New Edge, you're doing alright ;-)

Well, I just ordered a short throw so hopefully that will help. I don't have the slip with me and don't really feel like going to get it right now but the trap was on average 86.xx
I know how you feel. I've only been to the track once back in June with only an o/r H, Flowmasters, and drag radials I ran a 14.7 @ 98 with a 2.3 60', I launched at 1500 cause I was scared of braking **** my frist time out.. My car would shimmy when I shifted and fell like it was glidding. I didn't have any firm shifts and my friends dad said that I glidded the track. I had too much air in the radials, two different rimswith theradials lol, and I didn't heat them up.
