you cant find an answer because there is no answer. everyone has different taste so you need to find out what you think is the best sounding muffler. we can tell our opinion all day long but it boils down to what you really like. i dont want to sound harsh its just that there are million different posts about the same ole thing...exhaust, gears, cai, s/c etc... to each his own on this lol thats why there is so many diffrent muffleres to match a persons taste. To me i like flows but 75% of the people on this board hate em. I hate the way SLPs sound but i can't tell many people that because alot do.

That's like asking what is your favorite beer. Everybody has their own tastes/preferences. As far as mufflers go, some have more tone than others, some are louder, some are raspier, some are deeper. I like to go for a balance between them all so I went with the Magnapacks. They are loud, deep, and EXTREMELY aggressive when you go WOT. The idle isn't that great IMO, but it's a good trade off. If you want a good idle go with a chambered muffler like Flowmasters, Mac, or Spintech. Typically chambered mufflers sound better at idle, whereas straight thru design mufflers will sound meaner at WOT.
