Default Painting Calipers, what paint to use??

I'm going to be painting my calipers gloss black and i was wondering what brand of high temperature paint is the best?? Who makes the best clear coat too???

duplicolor makes a paint kit that includes everything from a cleaner (its brake cleaner) to a paint brush and paint. I just used it on my calipers and it came out nice. Someone else did it alittle while ago and the only advice on the kit was to apply 3 cloats to avoid chipping etc. I didnt use a clear so i can't really help you there

Don't paint them. Get them powdercoated. That paint keeps all of the heat in and you'll have to buy new calipers when they leak and the pistons overextend.

i used the dupli color and i put2 coats on and on my frontleft the paint started to chip but the other three look really good

THe funny thing with mine is that the caliper that the paint chiped off mine is the one that i took the most time cleaning
