what i mean to say is i think that it might be an idler pulley goin bad. O and the blower pulley is not dead in line with everything. its off a lil bit. but i cant figure out why and it didnt start doin it until after about 150 miles of drivin.

Try removing the belt and hand spinning the pullies to identify which one can be making the problem.

Ok, get some WD-40 lubricant and spray it on the belt while its making the noise. If it stops, then replace your belt. Usually when its a bad belt, the rubber will be kinda hard or you might see small cracks within the ridges. If it keeps squeeling then try spraying each pulley, WD-40 has a way of getting into those tight places and you might be able to find it that way, although a pulley really wont make a squeeky noise, will be more rough and a lower tone. It can also be that your Tensioner has lost its tension (btw tensioner is the pulley you move with ratchet to remove belt). If tensioner is bad, then you would have to replace that, not a hard job.
