Default Cant get rid of these codes.

Been struggling for a while with annoying Check Engine light codes. The codes are P0171 and P0174- System running to lean Banks 1 and 2. I have checked the entire intake system, replacing my KandN filter with a stock paper one, put the air silencer back on, sprayed the MAF Throttle plate and plenum with carb cleaner, and replaced the IAC.

Here is the interesting part. I have a code checker, so I can pull when the code is happening. It is happening at idle- 723 RPM and while stationary, it shows 0.0 MPH when the code is thrown. My car idles REALLY rough, loping like its cammed to hell and back. It also drops hard from 1500 RPM to 500 and almost stalls, before resting at the 600-700 range.

Any idea what to tackle next? Thinking back to when this happened, it happened after I put fuel system/valve cleaner into my gas tank. I messed up when I put it in, and put it in while it was at quarter tank, drove for 2 miles before getting the gas filled. Im thinking its possible the heavy mixture damaged my oxygen sensors. Where are the oxygen sensors that control the air/fuel ratio (upstream) located? Any idea what it could be other than the O2 sensors? Thanks!

EDIT: I am going to add all the information I pulled from the freeze frame:

DTC: P0174
Fuel System 1 Status: Closed Loop
Fuesl System 2 Status: Not Supported
Calculated Load Value: 23.53%
Engine Coolant Temp: 206.6 F
Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 1: 11.72%
Long Term Fuel Trim Bank 1: 25%
Short Term Fuel Trim Bank 2: 11.72%
Long Term FUel Trim Bank 2: 25%
Engine RPM: 723.00 RPM
Vehicle Speed Sensor: 0.0 MPG

Codes:
Stored: P0171, P0174
Pending: P0171, P0174

Also, the idle does not drop to 500 and almost stall while the engine is cold, only when it gets to normal temp, which is why it tends to make me think oxygen sensors, since they dont start working until they heat to 600 degrees.

I'd put money it'syour O2 sensors. Get your car up in the air.

Look at your mid-pipe, those wires with a plug connected to the bungs on your mid-pipe will be your O2 Sensors. What did you use for a cleaner in your tank? Most of that stuff is snake oil and many times people end up in the same situation as you.

just change out your 02's and see what happens..
they are cheap and easy to do.
you should have 4 of them. 2 will be in plain site when you get under the car the other 2 are higher up on the exhaust and a tad of a pain in the butt to get to.

good luck
