Default Drive Belt Problem!

Hello, im new to the forum and this is my first post.

I have a 2000 4.6 GT that i just installed the early production version BBK underdrive pulley kit on. Alternator, water pump, and crankshaft pulley kit. After installing i noticed a burning rubber smell coming from the drivebelt, so i replaced it seeing as it was the original factory belt. Immediatly after replacing it i noticed the same problem occur with the new belt. It seems as the back side of the belt (the smooth, non-ribbed side) is wearing and showing silver streak marks all over it. The only pulleys this side rids on are the idler pulley, tensioner pulley and the water pump pulley. The ribbed side of the belt is showing no visual wear at all, just the smooth non-ribbed side. Crankshaft pulley appears to vibrate slightly only during idle.

Maybe its a stupid easy fix but im not too sure haha. Anyone come across any similar issues with these after installing these pulley kits???
