125,000 Miles.. Which oil to use?

Default 125,000 Miles.. Which oil to use?
Ive got about 125,000 miles on my engine(about to rebuild the bottom end). Which kind of oil would you guys recomend? Or should I use the oil that it says on the oil cap?

My personal choice is Valvoline. I have 103,000 so I am going to try the high mileage formula when I change it next weekend.

Use what you've been using or if it's a new-to-you Stang use what's on the cap as you'll be re-building soon.

I work at a oil change I would say Valvoline MAXLIFE it is good stuff

the cheapest stuff is fine just change it like every 3,000 miles and you'll be fine
