03 auto is capable of going faster than the speedo reads, so it's somewhere over 150. however, some cars I believe some vert's and cars that came with 16" wheels do have a governor
I had my vert up to just over 150 on a streach of road by my house with no cross streets and a slight downhill decline about a mile and a halflong so I dont think it has a govenor.

I was on a 4 lane hwy at three in the morning with no crossing streets but I agree it was pretty stupid, thats why I have not done it again.

I've topped 4th gear out on chistmas eve... so 145ish. Still had a hell of a let left in it.... amazing how much quicker it gets there with a blower haha.

I have a Bullitt, but it was my friend's dad's Bullitt that I got up to 135....but i think i was quite stupid, driving like that on curvy roads
