I don't know if you'd be able to get a full nitrous set up for $800, but you'd be close. It's not a good idea to go cheap on it (see: explosions).

It'll be able to handle nitrous as long as it's installed correctly and doesn't go crazy with the jets.. and you can pick up a used nitrous kit, then throw on a couple of little things that would be a good idea to have, and have it all for that $800.. Nitrous cannot be beat hp/$ mod...

Bone stock auto should handle nitrous just fine. You might want to limit it to a 75 shotwithout a tuneotherwise get it tuned to handle 100-125.

Wrong. A full nitrous setup with a proper tune will work wonders on a "bone" stock 4.6. I would limit it to around 100-125 shot tho.

Start with gears first, the stock gears in a GT limit the power to the wheels, if you get some 4.10's you'll getmore power to the wheels & will notice a change

just my $0.02

a gear change doesnt change the amount of power you put to the ground. Its kinda like "shortening" your gears. The shorter the gear (higher the number) the faster you will pull through each gear.

But yea, I would go with a set of 3.73's since your auto. But im not a big fan of Nitrous.
