99-00 mustang 2v are windsor, production got shifted to the truck plant shorly, anything after production got shifted back to romeo, i went round and round with ford over this for quite sometime

All mustangs up to 94 were assembled in Dearborn, Michigan. Windsor and Romeo are casting plants, all they do there is make engines.

The 11th position is the assembly plant.
