its kinda worth it i mean...be prepared to possibly blowing syncros in ur tranny and rearend. rearend and suspension something u shuld do ne ways but its up to u. it will cost u 3300 for a v1 s trim from superchargersonline.com then you figure 1200-1500 for install and dynotune..500-800 for dynotune if u install urself!

If your on a budget go ahead and do your supercharger but don't go crazy when you drive it because it will wear out your weakest links prematurely.

Ifyour set on spending iton a bloweri'd probably go with a MPH vortech T trim mongoosekit and save the rest for a new bottom end since your miles are a little high...

If you wanna spend a little morethen you couldgo with a KB but either way if it were mei wouldnt expect that high mile bottom end to hold up to muchboost for to long, regardless of howthe boost isapplied.

Get a compression check first. Then get the Mongoose Vortech kit from MPH. It'll have everything you need for the install and operation. It'll come with a handheld that will have a tune in it for your car with the s/c. Then take it to the dyno shop and have a wideband air/fuel check done. You could do the install yourself in a weekend provided you have the tools. I didn't get a Mongoose kit but I got a Velocity Procharger kit from Johnson Motorsport (www.jmschip.com). I had some issues with my tunes that were sent but had it dyno tuned by another company in and hour and 15 minutes for $135 dollars. I put 370hp and 380tq to the wheels. I have only 21k miles on my car tho. As long as you get a good tune you will be fine motorwise with 8-10psi. Your tranny may be the weakest link. Your rearend would be the next to go especially if you do alot of racing on the dragstrip with slicks. The rearend components should total around 600-700 dollars.

i just got my blower yesterday from MPH, i paid 3790 shipped and it includes everything including a great tune. you cant beat that price. they also carry the procharger p1sc mongoose kit but i wanted the V2-sq. either way its a great investment and they are very helpful
