3rd gear is always a slugger with these cars, gears help with it a bit, you will notice the slugging the most with stock gears and 3rd

Running rich means your air/fuel ratio is off because its receiving more fuel, running lean means its off because its receiving more air. Running rich isnt much of concern unless its extremly rich, running lean is where your going to run into problems.

Yes yes yes and yes. Good answer. this can be regulated with a tuner and a A/F gauge.

Zack all you need to do is hook up that bottle and press the button. I bet then you will go through third fast!

Bottle is in. Everything is 90% ready to go. I wanna spray it SOOOOO bad. I need a MAF, JLT RAI and an appointment with MPH.

P.S. DeltaV, how do you know my name, and NICE CAR!!!!!

What makes you think your running rich or lean, if you were you would expereince the effects in every gear not just one

You are wasting Gas, and not making the power you should be making. That is if you are running signifigantly lean. go to a dyno and get a power output, and A/F reading. Could be had for $50-100.

I would think that if the A/F was off, down to say 11-12:1, he would see a power loss. But its prolly not that bad on a simple bolton car.
