Default Shifting troubles...

Hey!
So, here comes the first "tech" question...
I have some trouble getting in to 3rd gear, and to some extent even 2nd gear.
Everytime I wanna put in 3rd, It'll grind like crazy, unless ill wait for the revs to drop. Usually 3rd will go in smoothly if I pop it in while the revs are gently falling, and once it's around 1,2-1,5k the gear will go in and engage. 2nd is not quite as bad, but it'll grind once in a while.

What do you guys think? any hope for my tranny??? all other gears are great btw.
Thanks!

yeah, since it is 2nd and 3rd, thats what I thought too, since traffic in L.A is kind of a synchro killer :P
Anyone know if that is fixable though? or what that might run me? And where to go in the L.A area?? LOL
Questions galore

Mine has been doing that forever!!!*couple months* umm ive seen people that will Rebuild the 3650 for like $900. IM either getting the T-56(six spd Tranny) or TKO500. EIther way witht these 2 its goanna take like 2200 to get the Tranny and Parts to put it in your car. or alot more if u have a shop do it.
